LF Post CW fic Tony/Iron Man captured by Hydra

I have been looking for a fic I read a while back, I'm pretty sure it was Post CW and that Hydra had found Tony in the Siberian bunker.
The main thing I remember about the fic is that Hydra was broadcasting and the Avengers were watching on TV. Hydra was boasting about having Iron Man on their side, they had given him the super serum and had put him the chair they had used on Bucky. However Bucky who was watching with the Avengers noted that Tony wasn't completely under their control yet because they had him chained and if he was completely under their control they wouldn't need the chains. Tony manages to escape during the broadcast. I think it takes Tony a while to remember things about himself and he stays away going after Hydra, I think he eventually goes to see maybe T'Challa but it could have been someone else. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have been searching through tags here and AO3 and my bookmarks but haven't found it yet. I would love to read it again.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
