What would Erskine say?

I've been reading a lot of stories of time travel, people reliving past events with knowledge of what had already happened, people thought dead showing up alive, those killed in the past waking up from the moment of death years in their future/our present, Infinity War dead coming back, Howard and Maria from then showing up right after Civil War, etc. I began to wonder what Dr. Abraham Erskine would think of Steve Rogers' actions in the Civil War. He's the one that chose Steve to receive the serum, who told him "good becomes great." Would he still think Steve great? Or would he be horrified in the way Steve treated the son of his friend Howard? Has anyone written anything along those lines, where Erskine is the one who shows up on the streets of modern New York or in the lobby of Stark Tower or at the Malibu mansion? And if no one has written it yet, maybe someone will.

Hurt Steve

I'm looking for a story that was incomplete when I last read it so I'm hoping it hasn't been deleted. What I remember is that Bucky was Captain America, but Steve had never been to Europe. It ended up that SHIELD was keeping him in isolation, he was completely mute except for when he was alone, and I think the Avengers had to take custody of him or something similar.
