Steve/Bucky search - AU coma recovery

I have this idea for a fic and I wanted to see if anyone has read anything similar and could pass on the link.

So, The boys have been friends from childhood, maybe it developed to boyfriends but not necessary, and a horrible accident puts one of them into a long term coma. Years and years pass and the one awake stays with his friend for the whole time (visiting every weekend, reading books out loud, napping in bed together). One day, the comatose character wakes up and now has to adapt to the future. The bulk of the fic would be about recovering from the coma, dealing with the fact that 10-15 years have passed, his friend looks older, he looks older, the world has changed, etc... Basically what Steve had to deal with after waking from the ice, but a shorter time jump and modern AU setting.

I have searched AO3 with the Bucky/Steve relationship and the tag 'coma', but I didn't get the results I was looking for. Any help finding a specific fic or maybe some suggestions for search terms would be greatly appreciated! :)
